  • Empire Center for Public Policy
    • An independent, non-partisan, non-profit think tank based in Albany, New York.
  • Manhattan Institute for Policy Research
    • National think tank seeking to promote a conservative vision for New York and other cities. Worked closely with former Mayor Rudolph Giuliani on policing and welfare reform during the 1990s.
  • National Review Institute
    • Since 1955, National Review magazine has defined the modern conservative movement and enjoys the broadest allegiance of American conservatives.

    • A long-standing organization that analyzes the efficiency and fiscal standing of the New York City and New York State governments.
  • The Manpower Research Demonstration Group

    • Citizen Action of New York is a grassroots membership organization.
