  • A long-standing organization that analyzes the efficiency and fiscal standing of the New York City and New York State governments.
• The Manpower Research Demonstration Group
  • Works to include the needs of low-income people in public policies and programs. Their latest work includes studies on welfare to work programs and community colleges.
• Citizen Action of New York
  • Citizen Action of New York is a grassroots membership organization.
• New York Civil Liberties Union
